Dr. Wong has studied in the United States for eleven years total. He did his undergraduate degree at MIT and got his dental degree from the University of Michigan. Routine cleanings and procedures cost 13,000 yen. It's possible to use your dental insurance from your home country, but you have to file the paperwork yourself (please ask before you go). The receptionist speaks English, too. Appointment only.
