  • A great place to find all the latest in kid's toys. It is noisy and overcrowded, you will be elbow to elbow with other customers. They offer gift wrapping which is a nice touch. It is convienently located next to Oriental Bazaar in Harajuku.

  • KiddyLand!! I love KiddyLand! If you aren't a kid, it's okay, you're sure to recognize a lot of these Japanese icons they sell here. If you're my age, some of them might even cater to your own childhood memories. The store is set up really nicely and is easy to find from the street. There's so much to look at here you can get lost in some sort of adorable, 'kawaii' time warp that may last a f... Read More

  • I have officially died and gone to heaven... or at least found my Kitty-chan haven. From Kitty socks and rocks to chopsticks and toothpicks. You'll find a versatile use for anything Kitty here. They have multiple floors, characters, and special unique items. Kitty-aficionados, be prepared to spend some time here. Hello Kitty-Otaku's boyfriends, girlfriends, partners, lovers, or significant others ... Read More

  • If I won a million dollars, I would buy this store.

  • This was absolute heaven for those us who adore the 'kawaii' (cute) icons of Japan. It has several floors that have both Pokemon, Hello Kitty, and other lesser known figures in contemporary Japanese pop culture. I spent over three hours in the store, pouring over my favorite icons. There is a large selection of merchandise, but unfortunately it can be expensive. I ended up spending around twenty d... Read More

  • You could lose hours staring at all the goodies in this shop. On the first floor I'd say there's a general showing of items such as: face banks, ponyo (new release), doromo (the square brown guy), solar powered chill bobble heads, humping dogs powered by usb ports. you get the idea. Each floor up gets more specific: knott's berry farm, naruto, disney, hello kitty, game figures/figurines, cutesy s... Read More

  • Whenever I go to Harajuku, I know that an inevitable stop is going to be at Kiddyland. I know that I have to stop in to check out the newest line of Monokuro boo merchandise, the simple black&white pigs by the merchandise company San-X. But Monokuro boo is just a small amount of the stuff inside this cuteness paradise. I can't walk out of this store without buying be careful. Ho... Read More

  • I can't imagine a cartoon character that is not available for purchase at the massive Kiddyland store in Omotesando. They even have cartoon merchandise of some old cartoons I didn't even remember anymore, like "My little Pony." Kiddyland is located almost exactly opposite to Omotesando Hills, and spans seven stories of cartoon merchandise. Here you will find stuffed characters, pen pads, clothi... Read More

  • If you've on a budget, under thirty, and interested in Japanese toys, by all means, stay out of Kiddyland. Simply put, it's a plastic paradise. If your heart pines for anything Hello Kitty, Sanrio, Naruto, Star Wars or fun, Kiddyland should be high on your list of places to visit. There are several floors of various must-have accouterments. In other words, they stock everything you don't need, but... Read More
