Sakura, a super sento named “cherry blossom,” uses natural water fed from a spring 1800 meters below ground. You can enjoy one of the nicest super sentos in the city at a relatively low price. In addition to the relaxing baths, Sakura provides a wide range of therapeutic beauty treatments that include nail care and make-up. The entrance fee does not include towels, so regulars bring their own. Shampoo, conditioner and shower soap are provided.

  • Quite good, not so easy to locate but conveniently close both to Sugamo station, and to Rikugien garden (about 25 min on foot). The cypress bath is truly nice. The system of locker numbers may seem a little bit confusing for a novice ^_^
