This shop reminds me of a pharmacy in the States. It offers most toiletries and cosmetics in addition to medications. Not the typicial convenience store, it doesn’t offer food, snacks, office supplies, or leisure reading. But for your toilette or medicinal needs, Kokumin is a great place. Kokumin sells a large variety of good quality cosmetics brands as well as shampoos, lotions, and other necessities. I think it’s a great place to find all of your toiletries in one place and at good prices too. When I went, Kokumin was having a 30 percent off sale on certain items.
