The ITS language center split off in 1993 from the Kobe Steel group, and has since been training foreign diplomats, business professionals and others in Japanese language. Their head instructor appeared for many years in the NHK's (Japan's public broadcaster) Japanese language course.

  • ITS has now closed its doors to its office in Hiroo. Private lessons can still be arranged through them.

  • The I.T.S. Language center in Hiroo was established in 1987 as part of the Kobe Steel Group, but it became independent in 1993. A large number of the students there are Americans. There are also many Koreans, Germans and French students studying at this school.
