  • Laox is another huge kind retailer very similar to the likes of Yodobashi, though not quite the same size. This store in particular is geared a little towards tourists and foreigners, hence the big Duty Free sign plastered over the side, and the constant sweet-talking of staff, and announcements at the entrance in English coaxing people to enter and spend their money.   • Like Ishimaru, LAOX is a large duty-free electronics department. LAOX has large home theatre, TV, and cell phone departments, frequented by American tourists. The place isn't especially remarkable though, especially since next door Ishimaru has far more selection. Sure, it's duty-free, but are you really going to ship that flatscreen back from Japan?
