Bunkyo Civic Center Observation Deck 文京シビックセンター 展望ラウンジ Night View Spots / Iidabashi

The Bunkyo Civic Center is 25 stories tall and rises 105m (344ft) off the ground. From its Observation Deck, you can take in the view of the Tokyo Skyscraper District, Ikebukuro, and even Mount Fuji--all for free! The space is kept on the dark side to avoid reflections, and windows are placed at a slant for optimal nightscape viewing. However, it is a public building and therefore closes at 8:30pm.
