A dessert cafe offering several different types of pie and cakes. The owner, Akiko Hirano, spent time in the United States as an international student, and became interested in American-style pies and cakes. Upon returning to Japan, she opened her first store in Kyoto, and has published several cookbooks on the subject. They also offer baking classes, with recipes written in English.
