Had the 20 minute pleasure of checking out Gaspanic Shibuya... honestly what a shite hole... 25 africans men and 3 Japanese women even the people wearing staff T-Shirts made me feel un-welcome... if you like one room blacked out in more ways than one clubs... Either love or hate it! Gaspanic is quite possibly the cheesiest club in tokyo. Filled with gaijin hunting girls, marines, and drunkard foreigners! Great to go for a laugh, interior decor not amazing but drinks are cheap all though watered down If you want to come for a dance, a drink and a laugh come here, if you're looking for a sophisticated night club this is not the place for you!

This place has never been very good, but these days the Shibuya location seems dominated by black guys and Japanese girls looking to hook up with them. Music is typically pretty decent though and Thursday Happy Day (500 yen drinks) is a good deal for the imported beers. Other Shibuya clubs will have a hefty entry fee, so sadly not much other choice in the area.

Worth going on Thursday when they have the 300 yen happy hour deal all night long. Everything on the menu is 300 yen, which is awesome. The Roppongi club location gets extremely crowded though, and is well-known for pick-pockets (they even have signs pointing this out). Most of the music is American Top 40/Pop/R&B. Loud music blasting from the doors seems like a good idea when you're out exploring tokyo with no place in mind. But gaspanic shibuya makes the weakest drinks in tokyo. i was there last weekend. the bartender had such a weak pour for 1000 yen drinks. must be a reason why he had such limp wrists... i gave him an extra 500 just to make it a real drink and it still sucked. maybe they're watering down... This place is a scar in senta-gai. Every self respecting Japanese person avoids this place like the plague. Don't waste your time with this place and take the time to find something better; there are a lot of places nearby which are comparable in price and much higher in quality.

Gaspanic is the bottom of the metaphorical nightlife barrel in Tokyo. Even Japanese people who don't go clubbing know that it isn't cool. They even force you to buy a drink if you don't already have one in your hand! This is a good place if you are from the Yokosuka US Military base, or if you like those types of 'people'.

Regardless of the fact that Gaspanic is a typical foreigner hangout with lecherous white guys trolling the crowds, it's really hard to say no to 500 yen drinks. And hip hop music. It's not that often you see Japanese guys with cornrows. But if you ever grew up in the ghetto and are craving a taste of home, here's where you can find it.

Gas Panic is easily found on the main drag and the entrance takes you to a lower floor that holds the small, dark, and loud club.
