Salt's head chef is Luke Mangan, a famous Australian chef who is known for promoting Australian products and food. At Salt, some of the products are imported from Australia, while other recipes are fused with local Japanese produce.   • Not as good as I expected:-( very little atmosphere and the food was average. Not sure what makes it Australian cuisine??

  • I have eaten at Salt twice now and thoroughly enjoyed it each time. Service is in English and the menu appears to be similar to Salt's Australian menu. All the wines are from Australia, which is great because, being patriotic, I love Australian wine.
