  • Salty burger and bad service

  • I had a bad experience for lunch at this place. I ordered a double cheese burger and clam chowder. The clam chowder was bland and tasteless. My American friend said it looked very watery. So I told this to the waitress. She said they couldn't do anything about the flavor but they removed it from the bill which was nice. Then came the double cheese burger. It looked really tasty. But the meat wa... Read More

  • I've been here for lunch on one occasion and the burgers were as said before by many reviews, they were great. I enjoyed sitting at the counter and watching the magic happen. The burgers were treated with great respect and the ingredients were paired well together to make great combinations. I hope to return again someday.

  • Really nice burger place in tokyo, always nice to go back! The double cheeseburger is really good and they have some original and tasty offers such as the mozzarella-mushroom burger... Avocado burger was so so, too much mayo

  • I've only had takeout from here, but the burger was still the best I've had in Tokyo--and I've tried a lot of the top places: Goro's, West Park, ZipZap, etc. Great chili too.

  • Best Burger Shop

  • I've been to many burger shops, but I must say Firehouse is the best. I've always wanted to try it since I have heard many good reviews about this place, and it was actually really good. The place was not so big, but the cafe-like atmosphere was really comfortable. I ordered Avocado Burger, which is one of their popular menus. The beef patty was large and very juicy. It also came with many fre... Read More

  • Good, but not exceptional. Perhaps I'm a little biased because I prefer thick patties like one gets at West Park Cafe, but I don't think that this place lives up to the hype. Great service, though.

  • Over time I have heard many of my foreign compatriots complain about the lack of a good hamburger in Tokyo (to be fair I have also uttered the same complaint). MacDonald’s is the same as back home, MOS Burger is too small and expensive, etc… Well, all complaints have now been rendered irrelevant with the discovery of the Firehouse a few blocks up the hill from Tokyo Dome, and about an 8-minu... Read More

  • This burger joint is a tad bit smoky, but the burgers are well worth it. To date, Firehouse had the best burger I have had in Japan. The inside of the restaurant has a very nice set up and seems to invite customers in. It is supposed to be famous for having foreigners there, but I was the only one when I went for lunch. The menu was in both English and Japanese, but the prices were a little higher... Read More
