Steak Kuni sources prime beef and lets you decide how thick you want your steak (they'll cut it before you and charge you by the gram). The steaks are then grilled on famous Binchotan charcoal from Wakayama. For those who don't like steak, there's burgers available, but vegetarians better head elsewhere!
