This casual restaurant is themed on America’s West Coast, and it’s often said that half their customers are foreigners. Their open terrace has a nice, open feeling to it, but they also have indoor table seating (though the space between chairs is a little small). Their menu (hamburgers, omelets, chicken, etc) is just like you’d get if you actually were in America; the sizing of the dishes is also full-scale American, so it’s a popular spot with foreigners.

  • Best roasted chicken I had in Tokyo. Price is very reasonable too. Good location (opposite to Zoka cafe). Definitely recommend it for lunch.

  • This is a great burger spot. They let me substitute onion rings for my fries almost all the time, which I appreciate. Thick, juicy and cooked to order, the burgers at this place are very good, indeed. If you prefer your meat tender and sanguineous, order your burger medium-rare. (Rare is kind of disgusting; I don't recommend it.) Most of the waitstaff understand some English. I wish this... Read More

  • It's often said that the Japanese are good at improving other people's ideas. I'm not sure I agree with that completely; there have been several examples of Japanese innovation. However, I think that West Park Cafe has made a hamburger more American than you can buy in America. Shakespeare said, “How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.” Let me number the positive points of that hamburger. ... Read More

  • Not a very large location, but the service was good and the food was excellent. Very California-esque as far as the menu is concerned - a fusion of Japanese and western components with a touch of Mexican seasonings (spice and salsa). If you can get a seat by the window, you'll be treated to a nice view of Tokyo station. A great alternative to Kua'aina Burgers, their neighbor in the Marunouchi B... Read More

  • Went here for the brunch. The eggs benedict are very good and the burgers and cakes looked very tempting. A very good spot if you are in the neighbourhood, however if you are willing to travel then the eggs benedict at either Cabana or Good Honest Grub (nearest station for each is Ebisu) are superior. West Park Cafe gets very popular and you'd do well to phone ahead at least an hour in advance ... Read More
