Great bread, but the queues can be ridiculously long on occasion. Dramatically increase your shop space, please! Recommended.

This is some good bread. It’s certainly more expensive than the six slices of white blob you can get at the supermarket, but it’s worth it. I’ve never understood why most of the bread in Japan is so soft. No matter what I buy, it almost invariably is a soft and spongy version of bread that should have been heavy, crusty or solid.
