Yukihiko Kawaguchi is the head chef at Origines Cacao, a specialty chocolate store. He was accepted as a member or Relais Desserts, one of the most prestigious and selective associations of pastry chefs from around the world. His specialty is chocolate, which he turns into tablets, cakes, and truffles among others. Located next to the Sweets Forest theme park in Jiyugaoka.

This place is one of those that makes me happy because it shows that some people still realize that food, especially chocolate is an art form. Inside you can find many little cakes, which are about the same price as Sweets Forest, but a little smaller and I assure you better tasting.
