  • I was personally not a fan of Jonathan's. It felt like an American Denny's; completely lacking in any sort of atmosphere. The food was totally unappetizing and was too expensive for the poor quality. The desserts were about the only thing that I would recommend. Avoid going here unless you feel like getting a strange mix of something that isn't American, isn't Japanese, it's just bad.

  • Jonathan's is one of my favorite chains that I've found in Tokyo. It's strikingly similar to Denny's but has a more Japanese flair to it. I don't mean the set up, because it feels like you're sitting in an American diner, but I mean the food. There's a decent mix of more Japanese and more American dishes.
