Aimee Vibert received two stars from the 2009 Tokyo Michelin Guide. The outside of the restaurant looks like a French estate, while the interior provides a romantic atmosphere, flanked by a bouquet of fresh roses. The food is superb traditional French cuisine, with items such as sea urchin with cauliflower puree, meat roasted in a cocotte, and crepes suzette. This is a popular restaurant to host wedding receptions.
