Behind the Shibuya Police Station, there’s a small ramen shop which seats 15 people at its only counter. It’s such a popular shop that there’s a line more often than not around lunchtime. This shop’s number one speciality is its delicious home-made noodles. They have futoshimen noodles, hirauchimen noodles, three different varieties of himokawa noodles. Their standard fotomen has a lot of body, and you can perfectly taste how good the noodles themselves are. The hirauchimen have the feeling of a thick, heavy thread tarearelle, and are worth eating for this unique trait. The noodles in the miso soup base are extremely popular.
