Sant Pau: Tokyo レストラン・サンパウ Spanish / Nihombashi

The Tokyo 2009 Micheling guide awarded Sant Pau two stars, recognizing it as an excellent restaurant in its category. Chef Carme Ruscalleda is the only woman in Spain to have received three Michelin stars and the Tokyo branch of her restaurant was graced with two. The food is contemporary Spanish, primarily from Catalonia. The wine list is especially strong, with over 500 labels to choose from. Most wine is Spanish, but global offerings also available.
