You will have a difficult time walking into this restaurant on a Friday night and getting a table because you need a reservation almost all the time for such a popular time. Hinazushi offers two kinds of all-you-can-eat meals, sushi and shabu shabu. The sushi costs 4,179 yen while the shabu shabu is 7,140 yen. The restaurant is rather large and quite nice, and when we made out reservation, we made it for sushi. We got there and were seated without really waiting for a table. When we were seated, she explained to us how to order, just write down on the paper what sushi you want as many times as you want and just hand it to her. She also game me an English menu that had a picture of all the different types of sushi available which was extremely helpful. We tried to order most everything on the menu over several courses and I really liked almost all of the sushi I got. Some I just did not like the taste, but overall it was really good. My favorite was the anago, something with a similar taste to unagi. The best part was that we could order one of something to see of we liked it and then order more if we did. I am sure that I ate more than the price of the sushi so the all-you-can-eat was the best way for me to go. You do not have to do all-you-can-eat, you can order just whatever you want, but I recommend the all-you-can-eat because it offers the most flexibility and allows you to eat so much.
