I've gone to this Ootoya once, and I'll never come back again. The menu items, as with all other Ootoyas, are set by the Head Office, and are nicely displayed outside, which lured my BF and I inside. I really like Otoya and I decided to stop in this one. The location is really nice and easy to find just near the west exit of Ikebukuro Station. Outside the restaurant they have a display case of the food as plastic to make to really easy to decide what you want. Everything was pretty smooth until the food came. This is the second Ootoya I've ever gone to. Like all other Ootoyas, the menu items offer a wide variety to choose from at a great price, so no arguments there. They have a picture menu and you order and pay at the counter, then sit down and wait for the waitstaff to bring your food (which takes longer than a café would).
