Tokyo Guide > Tokyo Restaurants > Traditional Japanese > Hanasansho
The Tokyo Michelin guide 2008 awarded Hanasansho one star, recognizing it as an excellent restaurant in its category. This restaurant is located on the 25th floor of .the Park Hotel Tokyo. The interior design is contemporary, and the big windows feature a nice view of the city’s skyline. The food is formal Japanese (kaiseki), and the vegetables are supplied by a farm with a 400-year history in Kyoto. Their shochu menu is strong, with some of the best bottles of the country on offer.
