The Tokyo Michelin guide 2008 awarded Toufuya Ukai one star, recognizing it as an excellent restaurant in its category. Near Tokyo Tower, Ukai is a high class Japanese restaurant built in an Edo era style and surrounded by a beautiful Japanese garden.   • The gardens here are stunning. The food is good value for the price. There is usually only a few dishes with tofu, so those avoiding it won't go hungry at all.
