Traditional Japanese >
This reasonably priced Japanese restaurant is completely reservation only. Although they make use of traditional Kyoto cuisine’s techniques, they aren’t bound by Japanese ingredients and use ingredients from all over the globe to create an original fusion cuisine for you to savor. They offer only one course menu per day, the scheduling and seasoning of which are not open for discussion. You have to take off your shoes inside, and the whole place is non-smoking. The interior has a purely Japanese-style atmosphere. The second floor has a counter and tables, while the third floor is made up of tables and private rooms. It’s a great place to experience authentic Japanese cuisine for yourself, but as they’re unable to explain the different dishes in English, it would be a better experience if you go with a friend who can speak Japanese.
