The "curry-udon" at Udon-zen, a hand-made udon-shop, has even been introduced on television, fanning its fame. Udon-zen's wooden walls give the space a warm atmosphere, and you can even enjoy a view of precious greenery. Hoards of local salarymen swarm to Udon-zen's counters for a bowl of the famous creamy "curry-udon." However, the turn-around is quick and the wait is short. For dinner, several drink-complementing little plates line up on the menu as well. The Japanese way is to drink and nibble, and then finish the night with udon! The taste here is more authentic than what you would find at an izakaya-bar.
