A yakiniku restaurant where you can eat the finest beef and organ meats. This bright and lively shop always has a crowd. They don't just have the usual kalbi and sirloin cuts available; there are also plenty of delectable organ meats to choose from, a specialty that brings customers from all over Japan. The appetizer is a salad of shredded cabbage, which we recommend trying with a bit of their special-made dressing drizzled over the top. On the days when fresh cuts of beef arrive, they'll write out a special menu on the blackboard inside the shop, featuring their very freshest items.
