Jojoen is a high class Yakiniku chain with 43 restaurants in Tokyo. The Shinjuku Higashi Guchi restaurant is where a movie theater used to be and thus has a very spacious and open atmosphere. They have a stage for live music and other entertainment and the table seats are very clean and comfortable. This restaurant is known to have the best mood and service of all the Jojoen restaurants.

  • The lunch special at Jyojyo En was so amazing I was ready to do the whole thing again when it ended. I ordered the Karubi Lunch special for about 1700yen. Along with the karubu beef slices, I got a salad, rice, kimuchi, soup, and a tofu dish.   • For meat lovers, Jojoen is a sweet sweet spot. The restaurant offers top-notch meat, and the grilling equipment is unbelievably good.
