Tokyo Guide > Tokyo Restaurants > Yakiniku > NARUO: Roppongi
Naruo specializes in horumon-style yakiniku (entrails), which is thought to be the dish from which current-day yakiniku originated. Their menu includes cheeks, tongues, liver, intestines and also ribs for the less adventurous. The cooking style -- hasamiyaki -- is also different, with a press that helps seal the cuts against the fire.
